Safety Power is a UAE-based industrial solutions provider specializing in trading, fabrication, industrial hose crimping, pump maintenance, and engineering services. With operations spanning goods trading and engineering departments, Safety Power required a robust digital system to manage growing operational complexity while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and scalability across the organization.
Safety Power faced significant operational inefficiencies due to manual order tracking, fragmented data across isolated systems, and frequent delays in service and maintenance fulfillment. Core business activities such as procurement, sales tracking, invoicing, inventory handling, and fabrication coordination were managed through disconnected workflows.
With multiple internal users across administration, management, and accounting—and two distinct departments handling Goods and Engineering—there was a critical need for a centralized ERP system that could bring transparency, structure, and real-time visibility to daily operations while accelerating decision-making.
The primary goal was to design and implement a unified ERP system that simplifies operations, improves tracking, and supports scalable growth across departments.
